Velanix Health Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your 14-day right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer buying at a distance you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your kit, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us by a clear statement — email velanixhealth@gmail.com with your order number, or use the cancellation form below.
Important exception for opened kits (health & hygiene). Our blood sample collection kits are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. In line with regulation 28(3)(a) of the Regulations, once the seal on your kit has been broken, the right to cancel no longer applies and the kit cannot be returned or refunded — unless it is faulty. If your kit is still sealed and unused, you may return it within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Testing services already started. If you ask us to begin the testing service during the 14-day period (for example by returning your sample to the lab), and the service is then fully performed, you lose the right to cancel. If it is only partly performed, you must pay for what has already been provided.
Refunds. Where you validly cancel, we refund the price you paid plus standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of return. We refund using your original payment method.
Faulty or incorrect kits (your rights are unaffected). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a kit is faulty, damaged, incomplete, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Contact us at velanixhealth@gmail.com and we will cover return costs.

How to return. Send sealed, unused kits to 218 Warwick Avenue, Littleover, Derby, DE23 6HP. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Please obtain proof of posting.
