Velanix Health Shipping Policy
Dispatch and delivery. We dispatch kits within 2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. Express delivery (1-2 working days) is also available. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Under consumer law we deliver within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Returning your sample. Your kit includes a pre-paid return envelope/box to send your sample to our laboratory partner. Please post your sample the same day you collect it and follow the enclosed instructions, including any leaflet containing your details — your sample cannot be processed without it.
Where we ship. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Risk and problems. Goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you. If your kit arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at velanixhealth@gmail.com.
Results delivery. Once the lab analyses your sample, results are delivered securely via your online account within 2-3 working days of the lab receiving your sample.
